Generate and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your merchandise in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring you include the packing slip inside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
